Rights of use at a glance
With your purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use to the files (Section 6).
- Yes Build it privately: You may edit the model and build it, or have it built, for your own private use (Section 7). You may give away individual items you have built as gifts (Section 7(4)).
- Yes Use it in your own business: As a company, you may use the model for internal purposes, including in-house manufacturing for your own needs. All employees of your company may work with it (Section 8).
- Yes Pass it to a manufacturing service provider: You may give the file to, for example, a metalworking or laser cutting business that makes the parts only for you (Section 11).
- No Pass on the files: You may not sell, give away or publish the files. You may only pass them on to your manufacturing service provider (Sections 9 and 11).
- No Exploit it commercially: You may not use the model for customer orders or for paid design and planning services for others. You may not sell anything you build from it, not even privately (Sections 7 to 9).
Exception: if your own extensive design work results in a new model in which the original is no longer recognisable, you may also use it commercially (Section 10).
Details (Terms and Conditions, Sections 6–11)Professional 3D CAD model of a hydraulic bale fork for mechanical engineering, agricultural machinery and metalworking.
This bale fork was built for real and used in practice. The CAD model comes from that very project and shows an extensive mechanical and hydraulic assembly for picking up and transporting bales. It is intended for building your own copy for your own use, privately or in your own business (see “Rights of use at a glance”).
Key design features
Among other things, the bale fork has:
- hydraulically folding tines
- automatic tine guard for the transport position
- five bale tines
- hydraulically height-adjustable fork back
- telescopic frame construction
- folding support legs
- mount for a Euro quick-attach frame
- hydraulic cylinders and the associated mechanics
- pivot and guide elements
- extensive steel and welded construction
With its folding tines and the automatic tine guard, the model offers an interesting technical solution for a compact transport position. The height-adjustable fork back also widens the range of design applications.
Key data
- Overall dimensions (L × W × H): approx. 1095 × 2060 × 2005 mm, height with the fork back fully extended (retracted approx. 1305 mm)
- Frame width: approx. 2000 mm
- 5 bale tines, each approx. 935 mm long
- Mount: Euro quick-attach frame
- Parts: 138 different parts, 624 in total
File format
STEP file
STEP AP214 (ISO 10303-214), unit millimetres, file size approx. 4.5 MB, created with Autodesk Inventor 2023. The part and assembly names in the model are in German.
The neutral STEP format usually opens in CAD systems with STEP import. Please check before buying whether your software can import STEP AP214.
As a neutral exchange format, STEP does not carry a design history. Extensive changes to the design are therefore only possible to a limited extent.

Important note
This product is a digital CAD design model and not a tested attachment, nor one that is ready for production as it stands.
Before building, manufacturing or using it, you as the buyer must check, dimension and where necessary adapt all dimensions, materials, welds, pins, tines, hydraulic components, loads, safety requirements and technical functions yourself.
No assurance is given that it is suitable for any particular purpose, that it has a particular load capacity, that a product made from it will be technically functional, or that it complies with statutory requirements, standards or safety requirements.
Digital product
This is a purely digital product.
Nothing physical is shipped.
After your purchase, you can download the STEP file.
Ideal for metalworkers, machine builders, farmers and anyone who wants to build their own version of a hydraulic bale fork that was built for real and used in practice.

How it was built
This project has been built for real and used in practice. The photos show the finished result and are not a visualisation.
You are buying the digital documents to build it yourself, not a finished product.
